This is combined with the typically robust build of FAE heads, through selection of more reliable materials and more innovative build solutions, enabling the new STABI lines to easily handle even stony ground.
Suitable both for small worksites and large infrastructural works, the STABI/FRS features a brand new rotor design for improved stabilization at depth with reduced power usage. The new mixing chamber allows processing of all types of earth, always guaranteeing excellent end quality. The structural frame, along with use of special materials such as tungsten-carbide and Hardox, ensure excellent resistance against wear.
The next-generation stabilizer, the STABI/H, is designed for the most challenging applications: road building, motorways, railways, parking areas, commercial zones, industrial plants and other infrastructural works. The robust build, newly designed rotor and innovative tooth holder developed by FAE guarantee long working sessions under any conditions and unrivaled efficiency. The variable geometry chamber and transmission built into the rotor enable earth to be processed with extreme precision and high quality.
For all models, FAE offers the new tools A/3 (standard) and A/3/HD (optional), in addition to range F/3 and F/3/R (optionals). Both ranges can also be used with the automatic FCS (full control system) for optimal mixing of soil and management of humidity (optional), a unique FAE solution for customers with the most demanding applications.
