THE DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR DEALERS THAT MAKES FAE'S ASSISTANCE QUICK AND EASY
FAE customers have one more tool to get the most out of their products:
the new FAE Online Support platform, available to FAE dealers.

FOS allows the dealer to open a service request from anywhere, on a smartphone or computer.
FAE's Service Technician will receive a notification and the request will be addressed.

The dealer will receive the necessary documentation or FAE support, including Visual Assistance.
When the task is completed, the case is closed and all details remain available on the platform.
